Help: Reverse stereo windows 7

Hello and hi

I had to cut a big munch of the cord to my speakers because the wireing was broken inside.
Now I cannot have my right speaker at the right side of my laptop.

So the question is; how do I reverse the stereo so sounds are in the right side. Aka, if i get gunfire at the right of me in HL2 it wont sound like its coming from the left.

After googleing it, it seems other folks are having the same problem, but as always, its unhelpfull as fuck.

Are we talking about external speakers? Switch them.
