Gynophobia is a horror shooter about abnormal fear of women.
Gynophobia is using classic first person shooter gameplay, to convey story about Mark, who is suffering from different phobias, including abnormal fear of woman.
What the fuck.
This might actually be kind of entertaining.

It's Unity assets galore. Is the entertainment worth supporting such a practice?
tried this out on desura before desura made its logo look bad and i uninstalled it
it's more fun than most bullet hell shooters but less fun than super hexagon
I read the description and then at about 30 seconds in the player seems to be fighting a large spider inside some kind of ancient stone hall.
Could be interesting, but I'll hold out for a few reviews before I consider buying it.
it's bad don't play it lol

Suddenly the horror game is Serious Sam.
So if the main theme is supposed to be a fear of women interpreted a la Painkiller, what's the logic behind those male enemies you can see peppered about in the mobs?

The guy zombies are from a "video game" inside the video game. [sp]All the scary women stuff happens in his dream.[/sp]

it could be, if done right.
This got close to doing it right, it had effort put in it, it's better than all the other games made up of Unity assets, for sure, but the game's supposed to only be an hour long and be very generic with a plot too vague for it's own good. That's what the reviews say, at least.
Haha, this really got on Steam? I remember watching a video from AllShamNoWow about it, pretty damn bizarre game.
