Why does this seems fishy?
Another one, can't be a coincidence?
The video they have is one from the previous blast

Factory explosions aren't extremely rare.
August month:
On the 8th a chemical factory explodes in Germany, injuring 12 people.
On the 11th the plant explodes in Tianjin.
On the 14th a chemical plant in Texas exploded.
On the 18th a factory exploded in South Africa, injuring 3 people severely.
On the 23rd another chemical plant in China exploded, killing 1 and injuring many.
On the same day several explosions occurs at a US Military base in Japan.
Today just a few hours ago a fireworks factory exploded in Spain, killing several people.
And now we once again have an explosion.

Explosive things tend to explode when handled badly.

It's kinda like how after Malaysian airlines, airplane crashes started being more often reported, giving the idea that they were happening more frequently when they're not.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_accidents_and_incidents_involving_commercial_aircraft
Note how, according to this list, crashes per year are actually decreasing but if you've been into airplane crashes threads here you'll notice some people saying how they're seemingly happening more frequently when they're actually not, it's just the media reporting more on it.
You're all trying to be logical and well-mannered, but you can't hide the truth! I know that this is the Rogue Nation's doing!
Did we ever find out what happened in the earlier explosion?

Yes, explosive highly toxic chemicals that were set off by the water used to douse the initial fire.
That and other explosives, most likely. According to Zeit.de there were 40 kinds of dangerous chemicals totalling 3000 tons.
Oh shit, I have a friend who lives near there.
I hope he's fine.

From what I've seen it was actually pretty small (or at least a lot smaller than the one in Tianjin, but I suppose that's not difficult to achieve).
People (and news sites) are sharing videos from the previous one everywhere though, so it's completely overblown on social networks.
