Hi guys a month or so back my computer got infected with malware. It installed loads of search bars and a couple of programs and even an extra user account. I have managed (god knows how) to clean my computer up but there's 2 things still bothering me every time I do a virus scan which is daily AVG comes up with about 2 to 3 viruses as opposed to previous where it wouldn't come up with any but they do get removed/vaulted. Secondly my mouse roller has started acting up when i scroll up or down on my mouse it jumps and acts odd sometimes i will be trying to read something and it will jump to the bottom of the page. I don't really know what to do now I am not a computer expert or anything could you guys please give me some tips to improve safety and fix this mouse problem PLEASE HELP
I would just format and reinstall Windows IMO
