Is this a good gamig build for 700 dollars, and if not, could you make me a better one?

Also, this build might have some fatal flaw/incompatibility I'm over looking.
Edit: GAMIG BUILDS :v:
Yes, the mobo is incompatible with the CPU, and there's a few other problems too

The WD Blue is intended for slower, cheaper storage. Get a F3 Spinpoint or a WD Black (whichever is cheaper, probably the Spinpoint) instead.

Either go with Intel's i5-2500k or AMD's Phenom II X4 955 BE. Don't settle for a lesser processor. If you go Intel, get the Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3 mobo, or if you go AMD, the MSI 870A-G54.

I would recommend a HAF 912 for a case

I would recommend this PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020 over the other one, it's cheaper and is produced by a more reliable company. (The 50W won't make a major difference.)

RAM is fine, this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277 is $5 cheaper and a little faster

GPU is a little on the low end for your budget, but you may have to get it if you go with an Intel build (maybe). I would recommend taking a look at the 6850 or 6870

COMBOS: at the very least, combo your mobo and CPU.

Oh, wow. I chose the wrong motherboard. I actually deleted the one that worked and replaced it with one that didn't. thanks for pointing that out.

I also have a preference towards Nvidia products, after some bad experiences with ATI cards. If you think I would get more bang/reliability for my buck with a ATi card, i'll go for it.

Also, I can't find any combos featuring the i5-2500K.

It just seems like the 460 is a little below your price range, and the 560 Ti is a little too high. The 465 is about the right price, but it just doesn't offer as much performance as it should for $200
Edit:
Combo for the i5-2500k. To find them, go to one of the products you want in the combo, and scroll down and click on "Browse more Combos" under the advertised combo's BUY NOW button

Anythings a step up from my current rig (A 200$ walmart PC from 2008, upgraded with 2gb worth of DDR2 ram, some crappy AMD x64 1.9 dual core, and a Nvidia 9600 GT. And a decent PSU so it doesn't canabalize itself) but i don't want to skimp on the graphics card, I guess.
the 465 was a disaster and should never be considered
especially when the 460 beats it while being cheaper
Okay, the total is up to 815 bucks now. so i'm either goign to have to scrounge up alot more money or trim the fat somewhere. :v:
That seems like a good deal, the PSU looks a little sketchy, but it is 80 plus certified, so it's probably not that bad

The 465 is inferior to the 460 in every way.

It benchmarks a little better than the 460, but I wasn't recommending it

You obviously don't know how hot those fuckers get.

uh PCP&C make excellent PSUs, the only problem is it's not modular which if OP doesn't mind putting up with the extra cables isn't a problem
and 80 plus certification means nothing for the quality, especially when low end units keep using fake 80 plus badges http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Power-Supplies-With-Fake-80-Plus-Badges/1054
