Weed strains and experiences. - General

Hello there! I was looking for a way to spend my 1000th post and found that he best subject to post about would be weed! [img]http://www.jukeboxshop.nl/images/neons/open/9009_neon_open_wiet.jpg[/img] I live in the Netherlands so I have a very reliable and wide selection of weed to choose from. Below you can find a few strains and the effects they gave me and my friends. After smoking for 4 years I have smoked a nice ammount of weed strains and I would like to share them with you and let you add some of your own. [B]Powerplant:[/B] Very fast and happy high. Lotsa talking and activity but died down fast into a sleepy boring state. [B]White widow: [/B]After laughing we got some very deep talking moments of revelation. [B]Shiva:[/B]After laughing for a while I got really hungry and ate a whole cake after which I felt really sleepy but in no way bored. Alot of this makes my ass and tongue feel numb. [B]Skunk:[/B]Meh tastes like crap and only makes me grin a little. [B]Snow-white:[/B]Longest laugh trip ever! Also makes me unable to talk anyuthing understandible if combined with alcohol. [B]AA - double a:[/B]Fucking strong stuff. Gets you high really fast and stays for a while. Made evrything look pure and even crappy music sounds really good. [B]Purple Haze:[/B]I use this to chill out or think of new songs with my band. Of course your high depends on the situation you are in while smoking it and how you are smoking it. Indoors makes me sleepy and hungry while outdoors makes me hyper, talkative and laughing. My favorite spot is on the beach with a campfire and a guitar, during the summer. I preferr a rolled joint above annything, but a blunt or a bong every once in a while is nice to. I hate pipes. Share your experiences and preferences! Why do you hate pipes? D: They're awesome, as light and portable as joints and twice as effective as joints. Joints are such a waste of weed :(

Where I live it is hard to find actual strains of weed, but every once in a while I can get my hands on some dankage. but I agree with mindtwistah, joints are a waste of weed, ruin the taste of weed, and are harsher on the lungs. Bongs are the best hands down.

I smoked a strain about a month ago called [b]Grapefruit Kush[/b] and it was excellent. Had a very balanced head/body high.....very smooth toke, with a slight citrus flavor. Right now I have two grams of a strain that is forest green in color and has a rich skunk/earthy smell to it....just your average mids I guess....not sure what it's called. As for preference of method, I prefer glass pipes. I've never actually smoked a bong, but I can never get good lungfuls of smoke from joints.

I have never had a body high unless you count twitching and stumbling when I'm blazed out of my mind. Everyone else describes it as really chill and shit but I'm hyper as fuck when I smoke. Maybe I've never had any Indica-dominant?

I do remember a guy I met during a concert who had a very exspensive credit card shaped pipe, which i actually liked.

I had this stuff called Great White Shark, it got me so high I got the shakes.

Joints do waste more weed than pipes, but nothing beats sitting back and chilling with a joint. edit: actually, maybe sitting back and chilling with a blunt would beat it

Kali mist from Amsterdam was really good, I was hearing things and I saw a bag breathing for lack of a better word. From home get some nice Big bud and some cheese mostly just decent no-name stuff. Also I basicly only smoke joints, I love chilling with a few mates havin a chat and a spliff or two, I do own a shitty wooden pipe but I rarely use it.

Well, why not turn this into an experiences thread? [b]Orange Bud:[/b] First weed I got. Makes you chill all the time, my mate was all laughing around while I saw my whole life playing back. Not sure if it was just me or the first time I've smoked something or if it's really the weed, but this is some quality stuff. The second weed I got isn't really worth a word, after smoking I just wanted to sleep. Shit weed I assume. Not sure what it even was.
