Every 2-3 minutes or so my System process jumps to 30% CPU usage (From 0-1) and my sound starts stuttering for about a few seconds and it stops again, this is getting real annoying, anyone had this before?

I had a similar problem a while ago, it ended up being a bad flash drive that I forgot was plugged in.
Check all the devices plugged in and see if removing something fixes it.
I don't have any device inserted besides my wireless mouse, i'd also like to note that i am on a laptop.

How old is it and who made it and what is it running?
Its running Windows 7, it is a Fujitsu laptop from around 1.5 years old, i reinstalled it when 7 came out, but this stuttering only started happening 2-3 days ago.
