EA have revealed the next game in their ongoing 'On The House' promotion series. First, they gave away Dead Space. Then, it was Battlefield 3 and Plants vs. Zombies. Now, it's Peggle—making this either the best or worst of their free-game offers, depending on your fondness for unicorns, rainbows, and an impossibly compelling series of block-smashing levels. Basically, click on these words and get a free Peggle. Unless you're reading this after 5th August, in which case you were too late.
http://www.pcgamer.com/2014/06/17/peggle-is-now-free-on-origin/ Damage Control
http://www.pcgamer.com/2014/06/17/peggle-is-now-free-on-origin/ Damage Control
It's been free for awhile
Still better on Steam.
Damage Control
what damage are they controlling now
my mum is going to go apeshit for this
Peggle has been free for ages, it's been apart of origins giving games away for free, which hasn't been updated for a long long time, because EA... just like that game time thing, isn't going to get any new games.
this has been free for weeks...
Damage Control
Besides the fact it's been free since the beginning of June, how is providing a free game damage control?
dont you get it??? ea is always doing damage control... they are an evil company!!!!!
http://www.pcgamer.com/2014/06/17/peggle-is-now-free-on-origin/ Damage Control
Valve is having a Steam sale? Must be damage control for their lack of transparency.
EA gave peggle away ages ago without even needing origin.
Even if it was damage control what is the problem? you're getting a free game. They are taking games they don't really support anymore and also don't get any sales and using it to boost usage of Origin and to by effect bring in more people to see the Origin store. This is basically what Rebellion did with V2, give away a 2 year old game which doesn't sell anymore and get a ton of people to see the company in a better light and also get them interested in the brand new game.
