Me and a friend have a problem with a 30 year old who wants to kill us

So long story short, 5 months ago i bought a 1987 Caravelle for $1000. It was a good deal, only ~200,000 total kilometers on the engine (meaning the engine hasn't been used much at all, so it's still good), barely any rust at all (only a little over back-right wheel well), the tires, battery, alternator, deck were ALL replaced. The car was great on gas, and the interior was in great shape.
Unfortunately about a month and a half ago the master cylinder broke (meaning the brakes were fucked). Basically, the brakes were still working, but in-efficient as shit. You'd have to press the brake to the floor and you'd only be able to slow from 30 mph to 0 in 4-6 seconds. (For reference, the replacement part costs only $95 dollars)
So being as this vehicle was unsafe to drive (always running red's), i found it imperative that i find a new vehicle immedietly. Fortunately, my friend had a nice little 5-speed standard car sitting in his backyard not being driven. (He doesn't have his license, the car was a gift), so he decided to give me an ace deal i couldn't refuse. $350 cash and the car was mine. That's it. I thought it was a fucking awesome deal since this car was WAY better than the Caravelle (even when it had working brakes), and it was only 350 bucks. At the time however, i was another week and a half away from pay day, but as said earlier, it was imperative i get a new car asap. I offered him my car as collateral until i paid him back, and he accepted. I told him if he sells the car, he can keep whatever he gets.
Two days later we hang out with this girl and her uncle. Her uncles name is Chris and he's 35 years old. The reason her uncle tagged along was because he bought 48 cans of beer, and had a ton of weed, and was in general, a real nice guy. He was offering us beers left and right (he originally had 24 cans, but he shared so many he bought another case. what a nice guy hey!), giving us free hoots, offering to front us weed, giving us smokes, 2 at a time if we asked. He was honestly one of the chillest, more generous guys i've chilled with. Of course i trust this guy now, what a swell fellow he is.
On that same day someone wanted to buy the Caravelle for $500. He came down, inspected it, we told him the car's being sold "as is" with no brakes, and he was cool with that. After all, it was still a perfectly fine vehicle; I spent money on that deck, those tires, etc.
However, Chris, the super nice uncle we once chilled with, was also interested in the car. Now since we thought this guy was pretty nice, we cut him a deal. $350; the car's his. However, since the deck in my new car didn't even play CD's, i told him i either wanted $30 for the deck in the caravelle, or i wanted it back. He agreed to pay the extra $30 for the deck. We told him the brakes were messed up, and it needed a new brake master cylinder. He was cool with that, and put a downpayment of $250 dollars on the car. We trusted him. We gave him the car, with the transfer of ownership, expecting the other $130 in 3 days time (that's what he told us). I left a GPS, a sweater, and a bunch of other personal things in the car when i gave it to my friend, but i didn't think of getting them right away because Chris seemed like a trust-worthy guy and i planned on getting it later.
The next day he calls us and says his mechanic told him it will be $300 to fix. I told him that was BS and i could get the part for $100 shipped, no problem. I even offered to do it for him, but he declined.
Four days later we call him asking for the money. He says he is completely pissed off that he had to pay $130 earlier that day to replace the brake pads. (Yes, he replaced the brake pads when that wasn't even the problem) He was still upset that the brakes weren't working and i told him, again, that he needed to replace the master cylinder for the brakes to function properly.
We argued for a bit, but eventually we were told to meet at (diefenbaker hill), a dirt road area near the river. I know this probably stands out to most of you as a bad idea. (meeting where nobody's around) but his excuse was that since he did a breaking and entering earlier that day, he had to leave the city for a few hours, and the highway he took happened to be located right by diefenbaker, so hence we didn't think anything of it at the time.
While me and my friend were waiting there for him, i said outloud, and i quote "You know... i really don't think he's gonna have all of our money". Surely enough, 10 minutes later when he arrived, i was correct.
First thing i notice when he pulls into the parking lot is how he takes a left turn too sharply and the car slams into the ditch and bottoms out. At first i thought he was just a terrible driver, but it soon became obvious why he was driving like that. Beer in hand, he stumbles out of the car slurring a bunch of words and starts bitching about how he had to spend more money to fix the car. Suddenly his brother who is Fourty-one years old hops out of the car. The first thing he said to us was "Do you guys know where to find some coke?" (Literally, and i quote) I told him no, but i wanted my money from Chris. So then Chris pulls out $50 (When he owes my friend 50, and me 30[for the deck]) and hands it to me and says "That's all the fucking money i'm giving you". I tried explaining to him that the car was still in good driving, and overall condition but he refused to listen. I told him one more time "You still owe me $30 for the deck" when all of a sudden he explodes with rage. He opens the door, grabs me by my hoodie and says "lets fuckin go right now buddy", with his fist cocked back, and his hand on my sweater i expect to get my ass kicked by these middle aged men. Fortunately his brother calmed him down and kept repeating "Now Chris, no sucker punches, no sucker punches" and eventually he let go of me. He tells me how bad i ripped him off on this car (when i just fucking purchased it for a grand a few months ago god damnit), and starts yelling some more. Still drunk as shit, he stumbles over to the car. This is when the 40 year old tries to start shit. He reaches his head into my car (spilling Kokanee all over my crotch and steering wheel) and grabs hold of my (current car's) deck. Now as i said before, this deck is terrible, it can't play cd's, it's got shit reception, it wasn't even being held into place properly and all it can do is play fm radio. Although it sucks, i could deal with the radio over nothing at all. He grabs hold of it and asks "Why do you need that deck when you already got one?", i explain to him, "Because this one is shit and i want the good one from the other car". He says, "Oh so you don't want this one anymore?"
"Well it's a piece of shit, that's why i want my other one."
"Oh well lets just get rid of it right now then,"
He fucking tears the deck completely out of my car, ripping and pulling out wires from the deck and my car. At this point i lost my cool and before i stab this guy or smash him over the head with a wrench, and either get killed in return, or go to jail, i kept my cool and peeled out.
Four hours later he calls my friends cell phone and tells us to come pick him up right now and bring him his "fucking money" because he's on the westside and the car won't start. We respectfully told him no, we are NOT coming to get him after the way he acted earlier, and he loses control. We hang up on him and ignore his calls.
In between then and now, he's tried getting his neice (who introduced him to us, and is also now a fucking bitch) to tell us we better have his money. Now this big mouthed 16 year old girl is talking shit threatening us saying my car is gonna get jacked, fucked up, tires slashed, etc. This continued for a while until for about a week we didn't hear anything from him.
However, yesterday we happened to be driving together and we saw chris driving too. I was stopped at a red going "straight" and he was going through the intersection to the "left" and he leaned out his window with a car full of people and stopped right in the intersection, even with cars behind him and started yelling shit at us and telling us to pull over. However since my new car is alot faster, i peaced out and lost him.
Now i'm wondering what to do from here. Should I go fuck with HIM or HIS car, or should i just hope he can grow the fuck up and leave us 17 year old kids alone.
What a fucked up situation to be in.
tl:dr Crazy middle aged men try to start shit with me and my friend. We're only 17, and he wants to 'fuck us up'
Long story short and then you broke into a full story, what the fuck man?
Anyway if he does anything to your car go fuck his up and write something sinister on his windshield in araldite.
oops
call the cops, someone got their feelings hurt
im not gonna call the cops unless i feel this problem is out of my control. IE he shows up at my house with a gun.
Share the beef with him, obviously he just wants some.

he has threatened you and you know he's got a friend who likes coke
if you can get them to catch him while he's drunk he's bound to do stupid shit and if his brother steps in and they search him while he has coke, you've scored doubly
How about you call the cops because they're sending you death threats? They're also threatening to destroy property that you payed for.

what he said
But my priiiide!
I'd say let him slash your tires n shit, then report him to the police. If you don't want to do that, i suggest wait and tell him to grow the fuck up.

speed up the process; slash your own tires
Jesus christ, why did you even go to this guy to get it fixed? He is going to fucking murder you.

You sure read the thread didn't you! ;D
Thats some gangstah shit yoooooooo, gotta fuck em up maaaaaan! Totally!
Well you're kind of an idiot for thinking that a guy giving out beers and weed to kids is "generous" and "chill"
Secondly, why the fuck do you need a car?
Thirdly, call the cops.
You sure read the thread didn't you! ;D
I made a witty reply and just read tha start and end. Reading the middle I realised you're fucked, so call the cops.
Stop trying to act like some tough-shit and call the fucking cops. Do you not have any common sense?
See kids, this is why your parents never wanted you to hang around with your "cool uncle"
Oh those crazy middle aged men.
How am i trying to act like tough shit?
I'm just not ready to call the cops
See kids, this is why your parents never wanted you to hang around with your "cool uncle"
Seriously. I don't get people who thinks handing out drugs and alcohol to kids is being a cool uncle. Just irresponsible and a bit reckless.
How am i trying to act like tough shit?

it's better to preemptively fuck a drunk man over than to get fucked over by said drunk
How am i trying to act like tough shit?
I'm just not ready to call the cops
Well then what is the problem? You're going to get beat up for dealing with assholes? Yea, that's basically what the consequence is for... well.. dealing with assholes.
Carry a bat around or something.
Seriously. I don't get people who thinks handing out drugs and alcohol to kids is being a cool uncle. Just irresponsible and a bit reckless.
A bit?
You should first of all buy a shotgun, and then make some molotovs. Use a good flammable oil, as the longer they burn the more damage they will do. Then go out and bomb his car using that. Meanwhile, have your friend call the cops and mention to them how you and him are chilling out at his house, and are too scared to leave. Have the police come and file a report, but be sure to get back before they arrive.
But you have to do something, right?
Call the police for assault and damage to property, then sue the shit out of him.

Wait why would you trust him after he does that?

I had weapons in the car at the time, i just don't resort to using them unless necessary. Even when he tried pulling me out of the car, fist cocked back, i didn't touch the knife or wrench, i just told him to settle the fuck down
Just try to play it as cool as you can, if things get heated the point where you're scared for yourself, you need to either get the cops involved, or handle the situation yourself.
That's the only advice I can give to you, man. If he physically comes at you again, be ready for it, and fuckk that son of a bitch right up, and then call the cops on that stupid, middle aged piece of shit.
Wait why would you trust him after he does that?
Why wouldn't he? Most people associate generosity with good nature, it makes sense. Just because you don't agree with him being generous with drugs, it doesn't mean you can judge his perception. Honestly, you don't know what you're talking about.
Wait why would you trust him after he does that?
It's not just because he was giving us drugs and booze.
He was just so friendly to us.
