Windows 7 (64bit) major problems after new install

My computer has gotten very slow over time so today I decided to reinstall windows. The first time I did things just went batshit crazy and froze constantly after the new install, after alot of struggle with that I decided to simply format my c: drive and install it.
Now when I installed it after a while maybe 10-15 minutes my internet would go into ''limited access'' if thats what it is in english. I don't know exactly what the english windows calls it but it's something like that. And after installing some drivers and skype+firefox things started to fuck up real bad. I have gotten alot of bluesceens, after I made it stop autorestarting I've so far got MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION errors.
All programs/drivers I currently have is
ATI Catalyst center (latest version), Skype, Firefox 4 and drivers for my Dlink DWA-140 wireless network USB adapter. I also have a external usb harddrive if that matters.
I'm currently running in safemode and it works fine, any help would be appreciated. Right now I can't really boot into normal mode, since the screen just freezes (everything stops, skype conversation goes silent, the screen is frozen and I cant move my mouse/use my keyboard etc.)
Sounds like a driver issue. If it worked before hand it's very unlikely to be a hardware issue.
Try installing or updating your chipset drivers if you haven't already to start with.
I'll try that, but appearently it seems impossible to find drivers for it. I'm looking around the entire internet for drivers, I can't even find any of the Fujitsu Siemens website. Heres the name etc. if anyone can find some drivers. I'll keep looking for some drivers myself now.

Is that a prebuilt or what? I've never seen a motherboard model code not turn up the official support and downloads page on the first page of google results.
If it is a prebuilt, check the manufacturers site for the model of PC you have, there's usually a list of driver downloads for every device.
