Bubba Ho Tep is a black comedy that follows an elderly Elvis Presley with a growth on his pecker and a black John F. Kennedy who believes Lyndon B. Johnson is out to kill him as they work to stop a 4000 year old cowboy mummy that sucks the souls of the living out through their assholes. Seriously. It goes deeper than that, though, and examines pride and regret, but really that's not why you sat down to watch this in the first place. This is a fantastic film that seems to be one of Campbell's lesser known roles. Not many people I know have heard of it which is a shame as it truly is a great movie. This is definitely one of Bruce's better acting roles. This is a slower paced movie that is heavily driven by dialogue so it may not be for everyone but give it a chance and you'll probably end up enjoying it as much as I do. It has a pretty sweet soundtrack too. Damn I love this movie!

Great film. Saw it at a yard sale, read "Bruce Campbell" on the front and instantly bought it. Remains a favorite in my DVD collection. Made me never ever want to reach past age 60 though

The name really is hilarious to say.

I kinda hoped it was canceled, it won't be the same without Bruce.

I watched this movie with my step dad. He likes these types of movies and so do i.

I saw the box for the original movie in Blockbuster once, it sounded crazy then and it sounds crazy now.

Fantastic movie. Why it didn't win 8 Oscars is beyond me.

I think I saw this once when I was 10. can't remember enough of it to say for sure but I know I do have it and there's trailers for it on like 3 other movies I have. I'll just need to search for a VCR and get to it

I saw the review the AVGN gave to this during one of his Monster Madness months, looked interesting and funny.
