Need an application, that will send an e-mail, if a computer is turned on.

So that it will send an e-mail with time it was turned on. That's pretty much all I need.

Control panel->administrative tools->task scheduler
Create a task, make the trigger "at startup" and the action "send an email"

Don't have a "send email" option.

Vista only, huh. Well, thanks, got it working with one PC, but the second one is XP, which doesn't appear to have this fancy scheduler.
