A Good Anti Virus/Anti Spyware and a Firewall Program

What is a good program that won't fuck up my game's server browsers and things? I have Spyware Doctor and no matter how many times I allow things my damn games only get about 50 servers on their lists.... It's really pissing me off and I don't know much about this so I could use some help. Unless someone has PC Tools Firewall and Spyware Doctor and tell me all the proper settings I should have and what not. I'd greatly appreciate it. :a2m:
