• Random BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (Minidump included)
    2 replies, posted
So I was playing Saints Row the Third with a close friend and I was the host. He sent me a link (irrelevant, it was to a saints row mod page) and to click it I alt-tabbed out of game (fullscreen) to open it in chrome because I refuse to use the overlay browser. Well the second I clicked it, I got a BSOD reading SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Chrome did not even have time to react. I don't think there was a file involved. I tried to catch a picture of it but my phone is slower than dogshit as of late so it finished dumping memory (which took a good 20 seconds) and restarted before I could snap a pic. But here's the minidump. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/22706967/Forotherpeoplenshit/011614-28080-01.dmp This is the second time in this computer/OS's 3 year lifespan has BSOD'd so far. I'm slightly concerned since this thing is starting to show it's age, so I would like to know what caused this crash. Thanks in advance. Will post further info if requested.
Have you managed to reproduce the crash? Have you had it more than once?
Only once. Can't seem to reproduce it.
