Pretty awesome.
That was really useful.
Heh, never thought of that.
Am I the only person who has no idea what he did. Someone explain it to me.
Sounds very useful. When I box I move around a lot
Am I the only person who has no idea what he did. Someone explain it to me.
don't explain it to this guy!

This does more harm than good.
This does more harm than good.
Oh god. Was it ever possible to get past that Yeti in SkiFree?
This does more harm than good.
Try filming yourself doing it in a fight then tell me otherwise, these guys are professionals.
Is it me or does this technique screw up your own defense?
Is it me or does this technique screw up your own defense?
It's like a fast attack or to take someone out with 1 blow.
that was funducational
Also notice when you do this you feel your arm strain on your elbow and shoulder. It's not very healthy for your arm, but the technique's idea is solid.
Take into account this is just one technique you cant expect to do this all the time of course you have to keep moving because a moving target is a lot harder to hit than a static one. I've done boxing for 2 years and have a years worth of experience in other martial arts I just prefer boxing because its a more hands on approach and its good fitness. You have to read the enemies movements and anticipate them. If they don't do anything you need to come in and take them on because he is trying to anticipate what you are doing aswell, so its an endless circle unless you can keep the push on them or manipulate them and confuse them while they are trying to take you on so try not to make yourself to obivous of what you are going to do. Remember you have to imagine there is 3 imaginary circles around your opponent, you have to access within the first couple of seconds of fighting where his range is. By knowing his range you know where the inner circle (close combat) then the mid range circle then the safe circle. By knowing these 3 circles of combat you know where and when to apply your different techniques and how you could get away in case you need to retreat back. There's a variety of ways to punch he's just showing you one way, its a good method though.
I've been taught this style of punches ages back. I'm serious take any martial art like karate or such and they all teach you this style of offensive attacking. Also to the guy who said about it leaving your defence wide open, as long as you have your arms are held out at a decent length from your body (about 37/40cm from your torso normally), you give yourself enough time to block and move out the way of any flailing arms, legs and punches. Another key point is that he never talked about foot stance which helps this a lot.
I want to do some sort of fighting sport.

If you strengthen those muscles like he has, you can do this much easier. You'll get some blood blisters and possibly break something, but it can be really fun.
Black Dynamite sure knows a lot about fighting.
More reasons not to fuck with Michael Jai White.

Why doesn't he just kick their knees in?
