"He said keeping web browsing data was not for spying on the public but to see "for example, whether a suspect has downloaded a terrorist manual"." Thats amazing, he managed to contradict himself in the same sentence. Its not for spying, its for spying.
Wow just yesterday I downloaded some PDF's on how to be a terrorist and now I'm ready to join Al-Qaeda or ISIS for jihad but I can't decide which
