israel can't attack iran facilities without support from US, i remember reading an article mentioning they need the US to refuel their planes, due to distance, and the fact the facilities are deep underground.

i'm not 100% sure about this through.

Not really. Most of their nuclear program infrastructure is underground and would simply be collapsed in the event of an attack. There is relatively little actual nuclear material in the site, and no active nuclear reactions. The worst thing that could happen is some of the enriched stuff gets blown into the atmosphere, but that's pretty unlikely if it's all deep underground.
