He says he was blindsided by the officer, thrown into lockers and struck repeatedly.
In the video, you can see that he gets slammed to the ground and his face smashed into the floor. His nose was broken. Pitts says he was bleeding.[/quote]

I'm usually on the cops side on stuff like this, but that cop really is a dick. Beating someone like that just because they didn't tuck their shirt in is just dumb.

Now, I'm not saying that the Officer was right in anyway in this circumstance due to the stupidity of it all but does that kid look like he was really tucking his shirt in as he said he was?

Because sometimes there are valid reasons for cops to react in such a way, like this other story where a crazy old woman had a knife. She had a knife and she could have hurt someone, but no one can be hurt because of an untucked shirt, and the officer didn't beat her half to death.

I specifically said I don't think the Officer was right in any way.
I'm still interested to see that the kid didn't really tuck his shirt in at all. I mean he did say in the interview that he WAS tucking his shirt in but from what I observed didn't look like he was actually doing anything.
Again, I'm not justifying the Officer's actions just interesting to see that.

I mean, people don't just snap like that unless provoked. There had to have been some form of provocative.
Not being racisit but just the body motion of the kid walking before the incident shows a form of slander on its own.
