People dressed as zombies get in crash. Witnesses confused about injuries - Polidicks

Something being right when you thought it would be wrong is not incongruent. Expecting to find dead/badly hurt people, but finding non hurt people who, not knowing they would be finding themselves in that situation have dressed up to look dead is infact incongruent. If they willingly crashed to be found looking dead, while hoping to survive the crash, it would no longer be an ironic situation.
