• Razer Copperhead Replacement

Well my copperhead's mouse1 button has finally died, and I have been really wanting to upgrade during its slow decline to an unusable state. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good gaming mouse, as I haven't looked into them much lately and don't know if any of the new razers are worth the price or which logitech I should pick up. Right now I only have dell optical mice in my house and they randomly flies across the screen and really lacks precision.
Get a DeathAdder. Like now.
I highly suggest the G500 if you were gonna go with Logitech.
Razer is definately worth the money. I got my Mamba like four months ago, still no problems with it.
Ended up getting a deathadder off amazon for 44$ All the sub $40 retailers were in other countries or were out of stock.
don't get another razer mouse, they have shit drivers, and feel like cheap plastic and are uncomfortable I recommend a G500
Goddamn all I ever hear about Razer is that they're complete shit. Personally I've never experienced any drivers issues, and no hardware issues. It's really annoying how quickly some people jump on the bandwagon. In my opinion, saying that a mouse is uncomfortable is an irrelevant statement. Everyone's hands are different and judging the feel of a mouse based on what someone else says is ridiculous. And unless someone has had personal experience with an issue, I don't think they should gripe about it. It's like a goddamn high school full of gossip and shit.
I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, I own a Salmosa and i think it's a really shitty mouse.

Going from cheapest to most expensive. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826146009 Very cheap but a very nice mouse. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826146005 More expensive but a higher dpi and a weight set. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104318 Even higher dpi and a weight set http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104261 Not sure what makes this one better than the g500 but some people prefer it.
The main mouse button, the most important part of the mouse has broken? I thought Razer were a quality manufacturer. I have used loads of mice in my time, but i have never broken a mouse button on one. I will certainly not buy from razer. My two Logitech MX revolutions will be with me until death.

Razer Deathadder is good IMO.
The only Razer mouse I ever bought was broken in the box :frown: But it felt tacky anyway so I got a refund
Razer imperator is the mamba just cheaper and without wireless. I regret getting the mamba instead of this. The lachesis is very nice too. Go for a laser, don't go with any optical mice. That's why I moved on from buying more copperheads (I bought about 3, all three broke, yet all three has been fixed by a friend now, was simple; just open up, clean contact or replace contact of mouse1)

Either stop buying the same mouse and expecting it to be different or stop doing whatever the hell it is you're doing to make them not work.
Deathadder is awesome.
I have this shit: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00005TQ08/ref=asc_df_B00005TQ081024294?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=googlecom09c9-20&linkCode=asn&creative=380341&creativeASIN=B00005TQ08 Inexpensive, Works great, and I love the way the buttons are on both sides and are large, unlike mice with both programmable buttons on one side. I recommend G500
I recommend a Novint Falcon, you get forces such as recoil and it's much better for gaming in my opinion. I used to use a Razer Diamondback 3g, no complaints as it was a great mouse
Razer is definately worth the money. I got my Mamba like four months ago, still no problems with it.
4 months ain't exactly much
I'm going to recommend the Mamba. I haven't met one person who's not perfectly and utterly content with theirs, including me.
Sidewinder X5? If you can get one cheap its a good mouse. WITH FUCKING WEIGHTS.

Copperheads are great mice when they are working however they are quite problematic in my experience. Got a Habu at the moment and it seems to be fine, no problems as of yet.
I have the lachesis, and its worth the money I must say.
I have had three diamond-back mice from Razer. What happens is the wire goes on them, or the mouse click starts to get worn. Easy fixes, but annoying. I still love them though<33 I also got the Razer Carcharias. The most amazing headset I have ever worn. It is so comfortable that I like to wear it even when I am not using the computer, e.g. reading a book.
