My netbook can run 64 bit software but last time i used 64 bit linux (mint) it was really broken and unsupported.
My question is with Zorin 5 Core should i go for 64 bit?

Nope, run 32bit. General rule of thumb is that if you don't have more than 4gb of memory, you should run 32bit. Even if your processor supports 64bit, it is a waste since you wouldn't utilize any benefits of a 64bit operating system with under 4gb of memory.
the N550 has really terrible 64-bit support anyway
if you have less than 4 GB of ram, you end up with slower access times with 64-bit than you would with 32-bit
