Well I posted this before but now this is completely different. In my bios it says my ram runs at ~1066. First off it should be running at 1600. But thats the processors problem. But in windows, it says this 1)Why is my speed at 666 when it says 1066 at bios and how can I fix that 2) What tools would i need to get my processor to run the ram at 1600

Your memory speed should be preset to 1333, since 1600 is considered an OC. Speccy just shows half of the speed since data for DDR3 is sent twice (666x2~1332 rounded up to 1333) 2. Just go to Bios and set the timings and speed to whatever speeds it says on/in the box. The option should be under an Advanced settings tab.

You have to overclock the i5 750 to bring RAM speeds higher than 1333MHz.
