Okay, so, my friend and I were discussing all the times he's had spiked food (like some brownies with shrooms baked into them), and he brought up a half-full energy drink that someone gave him that was apparently laced with something that ended making it so he'd talk really loud and then really quietly in the same sentence, and when people whispered, it sounded like shouting to him, but when people were talking loud, they sounded quiet to him.
Anyone have ideas as to what it could be? I have literally zero drug experience, so :v:.
