Did you air dust it yet?
Professional DOTA player? Are you paying your rent playing dota or something. 70 Degrees shouldnt crash the card. But if you want to check get FURMARK and run it on stress test for 10 minutes. (Stop it if you reach 85 degrees +) Post results here.
Professional Gamers get new gear every 6 months sent by sponsors... (Minimum)
I'm having the same problem with LoL. Download OCCT and run the GPU test and see if your computer crashes.
70c shouldn't be shouldn't be causing severe problems (Atleast from my experience), as my cards have hit 90C+ before without any issue. (Though it might be time for some dusting). You sure it's not software related? Though there could possibly be SOMETHING wrong with your GPU, does it happen in other games?
If you hear loud pops coming from your computers, it's usually a capacitor that has reached it's peak. Open the computer and see if you find any bulging or popped capacitors laying about. If there are any, consider replacing that part (ie. Mobo) or the whole computer.
