cmon ohio, we can do it, we can not fuck up this time! i mean my god our legalized bill was stupid. Good job Pennsylvania
Goddamn, I love my state.
Kinda bummed its not allowable for recreational use as well, but from what I understand the ways to get said "medical" kind isn't that hard either, so I guess it balances out. Michigan also has a bill like this in the works, so let's hope my state's representatives can have their heads out of their asses for once!

I went to get mine and he just asked what I need it for and he wrote me a rec and gave me some advice on the different types of strains and CBD/THC and whatnot. Was probably the cheapest prescription for anything I've ever gotten too, only cost 20 bucks

He then asks what aliment you suffer from. Without any paperwork or verification from a prior doctor, he just takes your "word" and gives you a recommendation. It is the equivalent of buying a "recreational card" for $20-45 except you just feign a mental or neuropathic illness with no interview, examination or diagnosis into that illness whatsoever.

Keep in mind this refers to it in only allows for certain forms, not dry herb material.
Senate Bill 3 will allow doctors to prescribe marijuana to patients in pill, oil, and liquid form.

Keep in mind this refers to it in only allows for certain forms, not dry herb material.
So you can dab but not smoke? that's super odd, especially with how longterm dabbing might actually cause brain damage
Good to hear. I'm still waiting for Chile to pass a similar bill that's currently being worked on. It gets pretty bothersome having to contact my Serbian friends here for some cannabis oil every time my wife runs out for her cancer.
So you can dab but not smoke? that's super odd, especially with how longterm dabbing might actually cause brain damage
it'll be THCA, like a tincture

(people will lie) Anyway good stuff, cops can focus on worse stuff.
Whoa this, what, this actually passed? I honestly thought this was just anoter futile attempt. I'm completely taken off guard. [editline]18th March 2016[/editline]
Keep in mind this refers to it in only allows for certain forms, not dry herb material.
actually reading the bill itself, the sale and posses of dry leaf marijuanna technically is not illegal under this bill as it currently sits. It merely says it it fall under according to the boards ruling in section 1108 it is permitted. If rules are states by the board then it may only be permittable in pill, oil, and liquids. So right now as the bill sits, its vague but not clear enough to full on disallow dry herb use/possession.
it'll be THCA, like a tincture
Wouldn't that be the "liquids"? Wax is its own thing
So you can dab but not smoke? that's super odd, especially with how longterm dabbing might actually cause brain damage
I assume that has something to do with the butane processing. I imagine the regulations on it would be good enough to prevent that from happening.
