The male orgasm has a bit more purpose in this regard than the female one, I would say.

if the orgasm works as an incentive towards sex then we ought to see women who orgasm have more sex and thus have higher fertility
it's not an evolutionary incentive if it doesn't produce more offspring, that's simple.
now, maybe since we live in a totally different world now than we do to when that trait evolved it's possible that the incentive isn't leading towards better reproductive success (contraception? i dunno)
but then again you'd think that a trait as basic as this would achieve complete fixation within the population ages ago. we shouldn't be seeing any variance whatsoever if it's to do with evolution.

Pretty much. If you enjoy sex then you're more likely to have it and thus more likely to have kids. If no one enjoyed sex the birth rate would plummet

And the only way to prove a rape occurred back then was a pregnancy. And if the girl got pregnant, that means she had an orgasm, so according to their logic that meant she enjoyed it and it wasn't rape.

Well it has been speculated for a long time that the contractions of the vaginal wall and the uteral mouth promoted the intake of sperm into the uterus, and that it therefor increased fertility.
Apparently this says it doesn't.
