pretty obvious that it just sets everyone's position to where you're pointing, and you can kill them because hit detection is clientside. the flickering is caused by players having their position updated by the server.
I hate cheaters in FPS but this was brilliant.
I feel no remorse for those people because F2P fps multiplayer games are populated mostly by idiots that makes the worst CoD players turn red in shame.
You'd have thought they'd have learned that clientside hit detection is fucking laughable especially after the hacks which function exactly like this for BF3.
I won an iPad 3 at Eurogamer for winning a MP match at Warface. I now use it as a HD porn browser instead of my tiny HTC Desire S screen.

Really aside from the browser-based client and the crappy anticheat setup the game itself is pretty solid.
I saw the invite, thought hey cool, lets try it out.
Installed the game, first thing I see is a bunch of adds to buy stupid bullshit.
Immediately closed. Never going to play this.
