Are you seriously thinking they're going to censor it when they have somebody getting cut in half starting at the balls?
The mere image it's portraying even if they censored all of the blood and gore would be M rated.
Plus the reason MK vs. DC was censored is because WB didn't want the DC characters in an M rated game.

No. This is taking place back to the old mk1-3.
You can tell because Sub-Zero is the original, no dragon medallion and no scar.
Finally the Ninjas look somewhat normal. The past few games they have looked like giants with strapless braws.
