My current pc is getting quite old, the last thing I upgraded was the graphics card and that was at least 2 years ago. I'm wanting to upgrade my cpu, motherboard and ram, which have not changed since I first built my PC. I'm thinking going up to a phenom with 4-6Gb ram, but I'm not too sure on this stuff anymore.

Any suggestions? I know how to find parts that are compatible but I don't know how to get the best setup for my money, can anyone help?
Jesus christ, did you build this in the 60's

You should look for other places since the Phenom and the cooler is out of stock
I've got a 700w coolermaster power supply, and I've already got a decent cooler and from what I've found Am2 and Am3 support the same coolers.
How does this look?

I wasn't sure about the motherboard, I have no idea how to choose one of those.
I wasn't planning on a new graphics card originally but it's probably a good shout.
It looks fine to me
