• £300 upgrade?

My current pc is getting quite old, the last thing I upgraded was the graphics card and that was at least 2 years ago. I'm wanting to upgrade my cpu, motherboard and ram, which have not changed since I first built my PC. I'm thinking going up to a phenom with 4-6Gb ram, but I'm not too sure on this stuff anymore. Jesus christ, did you build this in the 60's

I've got a 700w coolermaster power supply, and I've already got a decent cooler and from what I've found Am2 and Am3 support the same coolers.
How does this look? I wasn't sure about the motherboard, I have no idea how to choose one of those. I wasn't planning on a new graphics card originally but it's probably a good shout.
It looks fine to me
