No he's not. Sensationalist as fuck. Gillard has to send a letter to the governor general telling him she's lost support in the lower house, and recommend that he request Rudd form government. Then assuming that happens, he needs to pass a no-confidence vote in the lower house, and he will need all of his current support plus 4 more. The shocking twist is that if the independents decide to back the Liberal Party instead, we could have a new government very soon.
