Crazy good stuff. I love the way you really put a unique style to some things like with the TF2 one.

Though with the first one of the blonde guy, it's TOO symmetrical imo. Unless that's what you were going for, it looks plain odd.

The first one looks like you took an image and mirrored it across the center but moved the two halves inwards and left a little bit of the middle out.

Of course they're all still excellent.

I like your composition and color/shading choice, but the anatomy needs work.
