Graphics card and other general advice

Hey all,

I'm doing one or two new builds this month (upgrading mine and building for a friend).

For my build I've currently got an I5-4690K waiting for a (mobo on the way), all good.

The parts I'm re-using from my current PC in another build are:

AMD FX-4300 3.6Ghz
Generic ATX Mobo
either 4 or 8gb RAM

The usual other stuff.

So, fistly, I have one GTX 760 Twin Forzor Edition, which I've overclocked nicely. I feel like using this in either my friends or dad's build would be overkill as neither of them game much and it's actually a very nice card. That leaves me with two options, keep it and get another to SLI with as it'd be a waste of the I5 otherwise (only issue here is they're discontinued so I'd have to ebay it), sell it and use the money + extra for a 970 (I'd rather avoid this, or re-use it).

Any thoughts on my builds would be great! I'm trying to be conservative as they really don't need to be beasts. Be brutal, I'm scottish, i can take it!

The rest I'll sort out as she wants, I'm really stumped by the graphics card, I'm relectant to spend 1/4 of the budget on a card that just wont get used properly. Perhaps the i3's onboard will be good enough?

Again I'll have to go through everything with him and add on stuff as they want. I'll probably do all mini ATX/cube builds, we'll see.

Sorry for the quick list, I'm not used to working on such low end needs so it's thrown me off somewhat. Perhaps having a dedicated GPU on the 1st build and the I3 on the second would be better? Thoughts would be much appreciated :)
