Battlefield Star Wars edition. I'm ok with this actually.
It looks exactly as I predicted. It's very good looking at this moment.
Hoth looks glorious. That hanger is amazing.
this E3 is getting way too hype, we need a shitty Silent Hills reveal to balance it out

They showed it actually does have 3rd person view. I wonder if that was due to the backlash after they said it was 1st person only.
vehicles are pilotable
this looks amazing. like i was afraid of what this might be shitty, and the fallout 4 reveal was lackluster to me, but this just feels great.
those explosion effects are so good, but I think the best part is the animations. when the stormtroopers run through the trencches gunning down rebels, the way the rebels fall as they die and run and such feels so cinematic. I can see what they meant by making it feel like you're in the movie
The picky star wars fan in me is going......Episode 6 Luke.........on Hoth.........eh couldn't they have at least done episode 5 Luke? but the rest of me is going Awesome! looks great i just hope they really went to town with unlockable stuff.....not a big fan of the powerup's though i'd rather have the weapon on a crate or something.
I know the game probably wont have it but I really hope it will have some sort of dynamic soundtrack to go along the gameplay. That'd be the coolest fucking thing.
My god, thats the first E3 thing that had my 110% hyped.

I'm liking the look of this, but I don't think it looks like Battlefield Star Wars edition at all.
Personally, i think the hud looks hideous but everything else looks pretty great, a lot better than i expected
This just looks so much more fluid and colourful than Battlfield. The movement system too, with the little thruster packs and stuff.
I'm still disappointed that there's no Droidekas or Space Battles
those made the game for me back in BF2
I just hope you'll be able to fill the server up with bots for some "background noise" and have players plating on it too
that was essentially what made battlefront great for me
People are disappointed by this? Battlefront has always been a Battlefield reskin with third person view. I don't know what the fuck people are talking about when they're acting like it was ever anything more.

as far as I know powerups were already in the previous battlefront games

This so much. Like, did people even play Battlefront? The fact that it was Battlefield: Star Wars wasn't a bad thing at all.
Do you think we get to make our own soldier? I noticed different Alien races. This game is exactly how I wanted it to turn out.

Just cause it looks better and has more dynamic gun play doesn't make it battlefield

I wanted them to design Conquest mode or Battle mode or w/e they call it like Rush in Battlefield......for example the first battle was the one shown in the trailer, then if the Rebels won that battle it would open up the next stage where the Imperials retreat to the Star Destroyer and the Rebels board Ships and fly into space for a space battle to destroy the Star Destroyer......or if the Imperials win they secure the Hoth base and the rebels board escape ships while some are escaping on the ship and manning anti air guns on board the escape ship.....some left on the ground are defending the big AA cannon, you know like......more dynamic battles.........just as an example.
Trailer looks great by the way.
It looks pretty damn cool.
Graphics are impressive. Gameplay looks dry/recycled.
Third person camera, bots and vehicles. Nice.
It looks like Battlefront with the Frostbite engine treatment which is what it should be. Glad they didn't do the opposite, and do a Battlefield 4 with a star wars skin.
Now just give us classes and prequel battles.
Hero gameplay looks awful. Remember when in Battlefront 2 you could zoom across the map as Vader/Jedi? Now it's a sprint about the same speed as a normal soldier.
Yep. This brings me back to how my friend and I would abuse this map because of the AT-AT's. I'm HYPED! :D

If you're not a shooter fan then sure but this looks right up my alley.
There's only so much you can do to the FPS formula.
