Today I bought my brother a few games in steam, and he needed more space so I decided to delete the partion that he wasn't using and put it with the main partion. In doing that GRUB gave me an Error 17 on reboot. Now I had an extra copy of Windows 7 to give him and install it. So what would be the best program to grab all the old programs off his hard drive and put them on his external drive, that doesn't require windows to use it, or how do I fix the Error 17 in Grub and what program should I use to back all the programs up.
