Why can't these games ever do something interesting with the zone, it leaves so many opportunities for interesting ways to control points of conflict and routes. Even just the visuals could be made much more interesting than just a "laser wall".

Fortnite's storm looks fuckin sick
I'd like a BR mode where instead of a big wall of gas or electric surrounds you, billions and billions of tiny crazy ants would jump at the player if they're close to the edge.... [sp]sarcasm[/sp]

I too loved Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull
Warface's guns feel and sound like absolute ass, which kills a shooter for me these days.

If you're in the zone, the game full screen plays Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull with minor opacity to barely see what's going on.
It would keep me out the zone.
Instead of crates being dropped boulders would drop and chase a certain player closest to it, with the indiana jones theme playing

Even better, a loot crate unlockable lets you swing across tree/forest areas on vines with monkies, brb, see you guys in a few years gonna make a game
Cool, an awesome new [del]MOBA[/del], [del]Class-based shooter[/del], Battle Royale game, just what we needed.

don't be silly, Source can't handle big maps
Tbh I'm still waiting for a Battle Royale game that I actually like. Jaykin' Bacon: Episode 3's BR mode is genuinely the only one that I'm sitting here going "man I want to play that" but the Source Engine version is dead and broken while the UE4 version isn't even in a we-need-testers stage afaik.
Small maps, decent playercount, weapons are handed out at round start rather than forced to be scavenged, and all the weapons are more than just ~another assault rifle or sniper or grenade~. Plus, it had fun shit like diving and mutators.
To me, more Battle Royale games are great, because there still aren't any I give a shit about.

Good, that makes it all the more likely I'll enjoy it since the game won't be so drawn out from dead scavenging time.
When can we get the next highly anticipated game from Valve, "Relic - A Dota 2 Battle Royale Game"
I tried warface ages ago after wondering why i hadn't heard about crytek's mmo shooter thing years ago. I was thouroughly impressed at how bad everything felt, honestly im not sure how it came out of the same studio as crysis 1.
Hahah good luck getting a BR gamemode worth shit coming out of that with Nexon dipping fingers in that game.

Source 2 is more than capable of it though! :v:
:suicide:
when you're reminded that we will never get a proper sequel to crysis 1

Since this is Crytek, they should have a throwback to Crysis 1 and reuse the ice forcefield thing, though in reverse.
