I was smoking with my little brother and he was telling me a story about a friend at school he has. This friend of his drinks bong water, not just drinks but chugs it from any bong no matter to him how old the water is or what's even in it. He enjoys it too from what my brother says and he thinks it tastes good. Now I'm not expert on ways to get high off weed. I specialize in only the ways that actually work for me such as smoking weed or making edibles(brownies, cakes, etc).
This bong water consuming kid thinks that drinking bong water gets him super high... Let's just stop here and think about this for a moment. People do some stupid things to try and get a buzz but for me this one is on the top 5 stupidest things I've heard of. Since the water is only filtering the smoke that travels through the bong and also collects any amount of shit that is sucked through the down stem, whether that is ash, res, weed, or even half burnt weed that shit all sits in that water until it is emptied out. The water contains a very small amount of remnant THC if any at all, it is there to filter the smoke not to collect THC for one lucky stoner to chug. Drinking water from a bong is the equivalent to pouring a full ash tray into a glass of water and drinking it.
If anyone else out there is doing this you are sick and you should probably stop drinking that ash water before you make yourself sick. It's not getting you high it's just showing everyone how moronic you are.

It doesn't work. THC is only active orally if bound to either alcohol or a lipid (fat), plus it isn't soluble in water.
Kid is dumb and is only getting high off of placebo.

That's sick! I can barely handle the taste if the water bursts up the bong as a take in a rip. I change my bong water after each session of use. Just spilling it even a little bit leaves such a stench behind. I can't even imagine how that makes someones breath smell.
i know a greasy indian who drinks bong water.. i didn't believe him so i told him to chug it in front of me. with no hesitation at all he just chugged that shit back... he had rez chunks in his teeth.. I was just like wtf dude.
The sad part about it was that we kept trying to tell him to not do it because it's disgusting but he did it anyway.

It doesn't taste that bad, i once accidently drank from my ghetto bong when i thought it was a regular water bottle. Once i realized what i had done i was like " The fuck, did i just drink from the bong?"

but if you drank the vodka you'd get high/drunk as fuck

I change mine every few days, and thats an average of a bowl or two a day. It gets changed whenever it starts affecting the taste.
Depends on how big the bong is, I would change the water in my big one every couple of days. The small one after every 2 or 3 bowls.
