• New pc/watercooling question

I'm looking to make a new pc for the upcoming holiday games. I have a few questions. -Should I wait till bulldozer? I have always been an amd fan, but I won't hesitate to purcahse intel. -What graphics card(s) will I need to run skyrim max at 1920x1200 res? I was looking into watercooling because my computer gives off way too much heat, and I wanna try to keep my room cool in the summer. My computer idles at about 125f, which isn't bad, but when it's 95f outside, it kinda sucks. -Will there be a big enough temp difference if I watercool it? That is all, thanks.
1. Bulldozer is pushed back to September last I heard, so unless you want to wait 2 months buy Intel. 2. Skyrim isn't going to be terribly demanding to run, but since there are no official min specs nobody can say for sure. Watercooling will not lower your rooms ambient temp, and your CPU temp can only be as cool as the ambient. If you're seriously considering water, then you're not going to be playing with one of those dinky Corsair H* loops..
If I do water, i'm going to do it right. I don't half ass things like this. It'll probably be an extra 300-500.
If you can get water cooling working then kudos to you. I'm to nervous i'm somehow going to miss a step or something and wreck my whole pc by spewing cooling liquid everywhere inside of it.
Ya, I agree that water-cooling is a little sketchy...doesn't seem safe to put liquid coolants near your electrical components.
Unless you're a major idiot with the watercooling, you're fine. It ain't hard, really. Connect tubes, make sure fittings are tight, fill res and test for 24 hours outside the case.
If you need any help/advice with watercooling shoot me a PM, I've done a couple of systems using it now.
