Reminds me of the people who say the world will end because earth will pass the galactic plane on Dec 21st, 2012.... But they don't say and most don't know that earth does that every year on Dec 21.... And just like that, the Moon comes this close to earth every 18 years

The tsunami was only like 2-3 feet high when it reached the West Coast and did nothing.

You can't predict earthquakes. But California is about due for one. May take many years though.
