So, any half chinese down here? Anyone celebrating this or celebrating valentine's day? Also, just had this for breakfast: [img]http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2022/2235933736_0d6344e68a_o.jpg[/img] Its as sticky as semen, but not salty. AND IGN GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS THREAD!!!

We took chinese firecrackers, and put them inside a Mazda. We then lit all of them at once inside the car. Perfect New Years!

The brown color is from the brown sugar used, so some of the cakes can be white if white sugar is used. These are called niangao (which at first sounds like "year cake", but is a pun for "year high" and is eaten to celebrate high spirits for the new year.)

First time I celebrated Chinese New Year in China, it was pretty awesome; there was fireworks, firecrackers, and a shit load of food. Plus, I got 6000 RMB out of it which is like ~ $850.
