You can actually get fired for that, and become personally liable for any injuries she suffers, or pretends to suffer. That's why companies don't let you chase robbers out of a store.

This man speaks the truth. Seriously guys, it's not worth it to chase robbers unless the property belongs to a person. If it's store property, let the police and insurance company deal with it, ESPECIALLY if you work there.
