Obviously activision shit doesn't go on sale. EA puts everything on sale, Ubisoft does the same but activision never puts anything on sale.

Contact valve, if I have it correct. If they start a sale on a game, within a short amount of time of you buying it. You can tell them, and they will refund you the difference.
