I am thinking of getting this card but I have some questions.
Will it be able to max out games like Metro 2033, Crysis:Warhead and Battlefield: Bad company (Online) On a playable FPS? (Around 50)
CM STORM SNIPER CASE
Intel core i7-920 2.66Ghz 8M
ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution
Samsung DVD+-RW 20x - Black
Samsung Spinpoint F1 HD753LJ
Xion PSU 640W
Corsair Intel Core i7 6GB
LeadTek 9800GT 512mb
My screen resolution is: 1920x1080
Should I get the GIGABYTE Model? Because this is currently the cheapest one, and with best reviews.
Yes, around 20-40 fps. Still playable

I can max BFBC2 with a 5770 at 1440x900.
You can run smoothly these games but on High (Not Very High). Don't except more.
BF:BC2 should run at very high, with a little overclocking, and your CPU is right.
I literally just ordered one of these about ten minutes. It should arrive tomorrow so I'll post some results if it does.

So, should I get the gigabyte version?
Go instead with MSI Cyclone 1GB (or Zotac AMP! Edition if are not into OC)
Are there any reasons why I should do that, I just want to be on the safe side.
Better cooler.

Hm, i've heard that the GIGABYTE one has a better one.
Doesn't matter, just go with the cheap one if you're not going into overclocking

That PSU sucks ass don't get it.
I already have it.

Not to derail the thread but if I'm planning on getting the same card with an AMD Phenom II X4 at 3.4GHz and 8GB of DDR3 RAM and I was wondering If I could max out BF:BC2 and Crysis at 1440x900.

Why did you get the 965, get the 955 its the same thing.

All of the hardware I posted was stuff I was planning on purchasing. I just looked at the 955 and you were right, it is the same except that it's 200MHz slower. That shouldn't have a major effect.

You can easily just overclock the 955 an extra 200Mhz and barely see any thermal difference.
They are both made for overclocking anyways so that shouldn't be a problem.
