BREAKING: NORTH Korea appears to be preparing a fourth underground nuclear weapons test at Punggye-ri, the site of its previous test, a South Korean government source says.
Pyongyang appeared to be making preparations for the test, according to a South Korean government source speaking to the country’s Joong Ang Daily newpaper.
This comes on the heels of the South’s defence ministry reports that Pyongyang could perform a mid-range missile test-launch by Wednesday – also the deadline it has given to foreign diplomats to evacuate, as their safety would reportedly no longer be guaranteed by the government.
“We have detected increased activity of labor forces and vehicles at the southern tunnel of the test site in Punggye-ri, where the regime has worked on maintenance for facilities since its third nuclear test in February,” a high-ranking South Korean government official said.
“The activities appear to be similar to those before the third test, so we are closely monitoring the site."

Get the popcorn.
I'm amazed they have enough materials to make another nuke so soon.

anyone can build a nuke nowadays, you just need to read the bible backwards in a dark room
holy shit what kind of drugs are they taking that makes them seem like this is a good idea at a time like this lol
The Pentagon should resume their ICBM testing if this is the case.
They want to start kicking the rattlesnake well then by God we're going to rattle our rattle back at them.
Sure, we're all certain that they're just testing more nukes underground. We'll all be the fools when Glorious Un-leader and his mighty army pop out from the tunnel they nuked straight through the earth!
I wonder how they test these nukes underground. Do they drill down and place it, or do they just blow something like a mine or whatever up?
They seem to be confused. They are threatening others with nuclear weapons and yet they keep using them in tests on their own land.
We should nuke their nuke and then pretend their nuke went bad.
Im beginning to think these underground tests are attempts at making a hole all the way to the US so they can just drop bombs down a huge hole instead of using their shitty missiles.

I've actually thought of something like that happening...
What if their nuke accidentaly went off on their hands, and Kim either lied or thought it was the US who did it?
Let them keep building nukes to test. I'd rather them spend money on building a bomb to blow up in a hole then tanks or guns.
I was almost thinking we weren't going to have a fresh threat today.

Pretty much they drill a hole pretty deep and then set it off down there:

One less they can threaten the world with.
It's like a anorexic kid trying to flex his biceps to impress others.

The results are also quite beautiful when the nuke is powerful enough.

It's cause of their recent work with Iran getting their nuclear program back up and running.
The North is going to get shafted.

barely anyone would believe him. the russians and chinese have missile radars, you know? They would call bullshit

What if they tunneled under Seoul and did this? Maybe that's what they're stalling for all this time :v:
What if they tunneled under Seoul and did this? Maybe that's what they're stalling for all this time :v:
Well they are wiley bastards who love their tunnels but that would be a really massive tunnel from the DMZ
Don't give them ideas
What if they tunneled under Seoul and did this? Maybe that's what they're stalling for all this time :v:
I think they would be caught before they reached Seoul.
They would probably be caught before going a hundred yards past the DMZ.
the strange thing is they seem to be reusing the same tunnel for their nuclear tests, don't get me wrong it probably can be done but with the u.s. underground tests the tunnel, and hundreds of feet of rock were collapsed, the underground test done in Nevada looks like the damn moon, and seismic data has been recorded from Chinese stations in the area that shows they haven't had very large yield bombs so far

It's actually pretty hard to catch someone digging a tunnel under the earth. Keep in mind we discovered 4 tunnels under the DMZ heading into into South Korea, and it's estimated there may be as many as 18 more tunnels that we have not discovered. The ones we have found range from being 45 to 144 meters underground.
