Yup. It runs in a standalone window and has a heap of steam achievements and stuff too.
Well worth it in my opinion if you play it often.

I've played it for a bit, it's fun. Not the flashiest game ever but it does what it's advertised, and it's not dead like Epic Mafia is.
Played a shitload of SC2's mafia. It was good to know that Town of Salem was pretty much the same thing, but with a bigger community in regards to mafia.
