So I got a load of new hardware (CPU, MOBO and RAM). And in turn I reinstalled Windows. However I kept a lot of my old stuff on my other drive. And Windows is being problematic. A lot of games wont open such as Arma, Squad runs slowly, programs wont run (some including ones relevant to this forum such as CompilePalx for Source Maps). Is there any system that Windows has that can just fix the OS, or do something to just improve the performance, find and fix what is broken. I have the typical programs such as CC Cleaner, but Windows is just broken. Or will I have to reinstall windows again?
Thanks.

It sounds like you reinstalled the OS on one drive and kept programs on the other. As a result, the issues you have now are related to incomplete installations of these programs. You could be missing dependencies (frameworks, languages etc) and registry keys. I don't think reinstalling the OS would help with this, rather reinstalling the applications affected would.
Verify game installations in Steam, rerun redistributables.

I've verified my games. And that resolved a load of issues. AS for the redistributables, which ones?
Redistributables depend on the games. Check in each game's folder for a "Redist" folder and install everything inside of it.

I'm also having Java Binary Errors. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it had no effect.
