So, he was driving without a license and they gave him a ticket. Seems pretty straight forward to me, the guy is just a retard and made the process 3x as complex as it had to be by feeding them these convoluted statements about "breaching trust", showing them his nationality papers for some reason and calling 911 for "kidnapping" by uniformed Police in marked cars during a routine traffic stop. Also he doesn't "accept" the ticket so he doesn't have to pay it? Doesn't work that way.

My question is what contract is this guy on that the police keep violating?

What a couple of idiots. That police officer isn't in a police uniform? As if that's illegal or violating his 'contract'. Is he a slave? What contract? And calling 911 is the worst. There's officers all around him putting up with his bullshit when he could have just cooperated and been on his way, but no. He's got to dial 911. What if some kid shot himself with his father's gun and needed an ambulance but he can't get through to 911 because it's busy? It's just as bad as some Tosswagon not yielding for an ambulance
