Brining an outside animal in without having it checked carries the risk of bringing disease and other unwanted things in with the dog, which could be catastrophic for the ecology there

It's just a dog, sure, but that doesnt give him free reign to not go through proper procedure like everybody else just because he owns a private jet. Also they dont need any diseases hopping onto australian soil from somewhere else.

Fuck him for making fun of us wanting to ensure that outside diseases that do not currently exist in Australia end up entering Australia. Our ecological system is fragile enough thanks to all the introduced species, last thing we need is dog rabies or some shit like that.

Do domestic dogs frequently have rabies? You never bring your dog to a vet? If you're just living with your dog and it has rabies you have all sorts of problems.

There should be no exceptions.
