Ouch. I didn't think Paul had a splendid performance but I'd love to see him do some kind of collaboration with these bands.

Stupid to expect artist's like that to sing at olympic ceremonies and suchlike though. They'd never do it.

It didn't feel very well put together at all. It was more a "throw whichever remotely popular artists on the stage" and also lots of Beatles related things. They should have got someone like Peter Gabriel to do it. He did the music for the Millennium Dome show which I remember being a lot better than this. I can't find a video of Muse's performance anywhere on the internet and from what I understand NBC cut it out of their broadcast. Go figure, the one thing about the olympics I would have cared about at all, I'm not going to get to see.

It wasnt very good. He missed some notes, apparently the guitar was mimed. New Muse aint great.
