[QUOTE]Canadian actor Danny Wells, best known for portraying Luigi in the 1980s' television program The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, has died at age 72.
According to his obituary in the Montreal Gazette, Wells (who's given name was Jack Westelman) was a natural comedian.

A mother no longer.
He did both the live action and voiced animated segments for the show. It is kind of ironic he died during the year of Luigi, and he will be missed greatly.

It doesn't have to be the end!

Heard about this petition today, actually. It would be a nice tribute, if it wasn't a goddamn decade.
Now that Danny's reunited with Capt. Lou Albano, they can finally Do the Mario again.
The true voices of the Mario Bros. are gone. This is a sad day.
What's the problem? Just eat a green mushroom.
I saw the picture in the article and just had to post this.
