Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas will step down on Monday and his ruling coalition will try to form a new government led by a different person nominated by his centre-right Civic Democrats, he said on Sunday.
So because one of his aides was corrupt, he has to step down?
Seems a bit Cain and Able-ish if you ask me.

Basically, to give you a bit of an insight
This is just a part of a MASSIVE fucking scandal, and total of 7 people involved with the current government have been arrested.
Aside of the PMs aide (who's accused of using Secret Service to spy on the PM's wife who he's divorcing with) and it's not a secret she has some sort of closer relationship with PM.
Outside of her, there are three people who used to be members of parliment and gave up their seats at a moment convenient to the PM's party and got high positions in semi-state run companies (railroads for instance).
At least two other are notorious lobbists. In general, the entire group is sometimes called "The Godfathers of ODS" (ODS is the PM's party).
Police made a huge raid, arrested all of these, seized a literal pile of gold and money, and a huge investigation is in going on.
All of the arrested have been sent to custody by court to prevent influencing of witnesses.
It's very probable that the current government is going to fall, and there might be early elections as well. This particular government has been politically unstable since the beginning (they got together a veeery marginal majority in parliment to build it) and there have been attempts to take it down, but the opposition, for several times, now. It's very likely it will actually happen this time.
so this is basically arab spring v2 european boogaloo?
Not reaaaally because this is all pretty much just parliment matter. The president is separate and safe, the senate is separate and safe.
The parliment is 200 smelly pigs and not exactly hugely unlike the American one, just massively shifted to left - the ODS are our rightists and Americans would see them as liberal middle, I think. Last two elections it has been veeery close tie between the left (the orange and the reds (yes, literally communists) and the rightist ODS, centrist and conservative TOP09, and VV which are practically a massive failure on their own and nobody gonna vote for them in the next election.
The ODS managed to barely set up the government by making a coalition with TOP09 and VV and most of the time, they barely have the voting power to push the legislation through.
The CSSD (orange, leftist, not commies) is trying to topple the government (politically, through voting on mistrust in the current government) for like 3 times already, and they might finally manage to, this time. If that happens, there might be a new election, and CSSD will probably get to build the government this time, possibly making a coalition with smaller communists, but they were always sorta anxious to do that.

Oh, I read it incorrectly - the current Government is officially going down, it's decided, the only remaining question is if the current rightist coalition gets to build a new one or if there gonna be early elections.
